"Anger" most of us have a good relation with this word but have you ever thought about the root cause of this reaction anger. If you think about this, you will find that anger takes place when things do not move as per our desire. Mostly when you taste defeat or want the situation/people act in the same way as you want and when it does not happen you get angry but the grounds of all types of Anger is the same that is "you are weak from inside". Anger takes place because of weakness and unfortunately it becomes our biggest weakness later.
If you rewind your life, you will realise that Anger usually provokes unintelligent action.You will realise that you have done most idiotic and negative things when you were angry.Above all, you were actually working against urself and defeated yourself only. :)
I understand that anger hits sometimes but if you think that it gives a good experience then why not to top it up and avoid choosing others to get the wack of it but we do not do it as it is an unpleasant experience. Woefully, we know this and still we have given it a place in our life's.
Have you ever seen your image in the still water? If yes, then try to disturb that still water and now try to look at your image. You will not be able to find a clear image. This is what happens in anger. We are not able to read our mind, our soul when we are angry and are no longer able to make correct and wise decisions in life.
Anger literally poisons your system and it is being proved scientifically as well that due to anger our system turns toxic and our brain stops working. However, intense activity(workout) and sleep helps to undo this chemical mess but if you are frequently doing this process then you are heading towards psychological disaster.
As I am a working professional, I have been a part of training about "stress management" but the question is why should stress be managed? I mean it is mandatory to have stress to be a part of life? I think it is more self created and in our mind only. We generally try to control the situation by getting angry or by creating our own perception but at the end we only mess it up by getting angry and if you have understood the last statement then you have already taken the first step of change.
Stay calm in tough times, read your soul and speak or act with a cautious mind. Stop creating perceptions in life and make it beautiful and stress free (which is not mandate to be in life) Look forward to your experiences in the comment section or in the discussion tab. Cheers Nitin
